Expected Controls - The percentage of expected "2-1" controls (Ace = 2, King = 1 control) for balanced hands (4-3-3-3, 4-4-3-2, or 5-3-3-2 distribution) based on HCPs, first published in "Bridge World" (December, 1974)  by George Rosencrantz.
