South needs one trick but unfortunately cannot get to dummy's stranded HQ.  South plays the SJ, throwing East in the lead. 

But first West must discard, choosing the HJ, dummy following with the stranded DQ.  East returns with the C10, covered by CJ CQ C6.  Finally, North's C9 is promoted.
