 You are at:

Clash Squeeze - A triple squeeze on one opponent, where one of the cards held by the opponent is above their Right Hand Opponent.  This illustrates the typical holding pattern:

   Q
 J 10    K
   A x
   K 10
 9 x x    Q J
   A x x

In positions similar to these, defenders are normally entitle to one trick when West leads the suit.  However, when a defender is squeezed in the suit (West on the first hand, East on the second), the declarer wins all tricks.

Here the clash is on the Spade suit.  South leads the DQ, squeezing West in 3 suits.
