Arranging Duplicate Tricks - After a trick is won or lost (quitted), each card should be faced down and oriented lengthwise in the direction of the side winning the trick.  See Law 65

In this example, the player's side won trick 1 & 2, lost 3 & 4, won 5 & 6, lost 7 & 8, and won tricks 9 through 11 (tricks 12 and 13 have not yet been played).   Assuming the declarer bid 3 Notrump, the player must win the remaining 2 tricks to make the contract (winning 9 tricks, losing 4 tricks).
