On preceding tricks, declarer's play was straight forward, not needing to rectify the count. Now declarer needs three tricks to make the contract.

South plays the menacing H10, squeezing the vice on West who pitches the CJ anticipating East has the CA; the Dummy's S10 is pitched on the trick. South follows with the C7, catching honors CQ, CK, and CA.  Dummy's C10 and SA are now winners.
