PLOB - The acronym for Petty Little Odious Bid, a convention similar to New Minor Forcing, denoting a new minor suit bid by responder after opener rebids 1 Notrump.   PLOB bids are responder's only forcing bids (except Reverses). After opener's 1 Notrump and responder's PLOB, opener's rebid shows:
 

1C - 1H;
1N - 2D;

1D - 1S;
1N - 2C;

A bid in the new minor is the only forcing bid available, asking responder to further describe their hand

1D - 1S;
1N - 2D;

1H - 1S;
1N - 2H;

A raise of partner's suit shows a minimum hand

1D - 1S;
1N - 2H;

A bid in the other major (non-reverse) show 4+ in other major (Spades longer than Hearts) with minimal values - opener may Pass or correct to 2S.

A balanced hand with minimum values

4H/S

A game bid in partner's major show 3+ trump support and a medium hand
