Hedgehog Squeeze - A squeeze of one opponent in three suits and the other opponent in two or three suits.

Declarer begins with the HQ, squeezing East in all suits.  East dislikes the prospects of discarding the DQ, knowing West will be finessed.

Conceding a Club also looks hopeless so East discards the SQ, hoping West controls the suit (true here). 

South continues with the CK, this time squeezing West to play the D9; North's S6, the last outstanding Spade, is a  known threat card which forces West to hold the SK.  Declarer can now run Diamonds.
